Q. Do you deliver to my Area?

A. Fontemorsi Società Agricola S.S. delivers to all mainland Europe.

Q. What are the delivery costs?

A.  Before you proceed to checkout you will be advised of the delivery costs. The more wine you buy the less the delivery cost.


Q. How quickly can you deliver?

A. 99% of all orders will reach our customers within 4 days.

Q. What happens to the wine if no one is home to receive it?

A. If no-one is at home when your wine is delivered we will leave a card and reference and you must collect the wine from your nearest post office. Please always indicate a telephone number where you can be reached by the courier.

Q.  Are we sure that the bottles will not be damaged during transport?


A.  Fontemorsi Società Agricola S.S. sends the bottles in anti shock boxes, ensuring a safe delivery. No additional fee is required for the packaging. In case of breakage or mishandling of the package you can accept it anyway adding "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE" when signing the documents, you will be able then to check the content of the package and inform us if something is wrong, we will charge you only the goods that are in good conditions. Furthermore, in conformity with what is foreseen by the Italian Legislation (Legislative Decree 22/5/1999 n.185), you will always have the possibility to withdraw from your purchase if you should change your mind, by simply sending an e-mail to commerciale@fontemorsi.it and by sending back the goods within 10 working days from the date of receipt. Cost of transport will be for our account and yu will be reimbursed of all costs within 14 days. We inform you that the personal information you provide us will be subject to treatment by Fontemorsi Società Agricola S.S. according to the Italian Law 196/2003 regarding privacy and personal data protection.

Q. How are payments made?

A. Only payemnts in Euro are accepted. Fontemorsi Società Agricola S.S. uses PayPal as payment portal. On PayPal you can use all major credit cards. Customers that do not wish to use a credit card can pay with a bank transfer. Please contact Fontemorsi Società Agricola S.S for information on bank transfers. In the case of a bank transfer we must receive payment before shipping your goods.

Q. Are payment and transfer of information secure?

A. All transactions with Fontemorsi Società Agricola S.S are conducted in total security. All data is transferred using SSL tecnology (Secure Socket Layer). This tecnology allows for all information to move across the internet ony as encripted information guaranteeing that no information can be accessed.
